A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a maximum term of one year and a short term of eight months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 3, 2013, at around 22:51, the Defendant: (a) discovered a fsp car in the market value of the victim E owned by the Defendant, which was set up with a key set up in front of a restaurant located in C in C in C in Changwon-si, Changwon-si; (b) opened a door-to-on door, which was not corrected; and (c) cut off the property owned by the victim.

2. On August 3, 2013, at around 22:51, the Defendant driven the said spke car without a vehicle driver’s license from the street in front of the D cafeteria in Changwon-si, Changwon-si, Masan-si, Masan-si, Masan-si, to the road under the front side of the spke apartment in Changwon-si, Masan-si, Mawon-si, Masan-si, Mawon-si, Mawon-si, Masan-dong, Mawon-dong, 30km-dong.

3. 공용물건손상 피고인은 2013. 8. 3. 23:03경 창원시 마산합포구 월영동에 있는 밤밭 고개 삼거리 앞 도로의 2차로를 따라 위와 같이 절취한 스파크 승용차를 운전하던 중, 신고를 받고 출동한 마산중부경찰서 G지구대 소속 H, I 순찰차로부터 추적당하자, 차선을 급변경하여 1차로로 주행하던 H 순찰차의 조수석부분을 스파크 승용차의운전석부분으로 들이받은 다음 계속 도주하고, 2013. 8. 3. 23:05경 창원시 마산합포구 월영동에 있는 월영광장 입구 앞 도로에 이르러 정지신호를 받게 되자 중앙선을 침범하여 계속 도주하려다가, 뒤따라온 I 순찰차에 의해 가로막히자, I 순찰차의 앞 범퍼부분을 스파크 승용차의 왼쪽 바퀴부분으로 들이받았다.

Accordingly, the Defendant damaged the H patrol vehicle, which is a public object, to repair costs of KRW 1,087,401, and the I patrol vehicle to repair cost of KRW 448,983, such as the latter exchange of the latter part of the patrol vehicle.
