1. The Defendant’s KRW 350,000,000 as well as 5% per annum from November 27, 2015 to January 28, 2016 to the Plaintiff.

The address of the object of payment as follows, for which the Defendant indicated the claim: The address of the object of payment, which was certified by a notary public to the Plaintiff on September 21, 2012 as a notary public on September 201, 2012, pursuant to the following payment note: the transfer amount of the lien (or construction price) of the object of Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Officetel: KRW 35 million per day.
