A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
At around 20:30 on January 6, 2014, the Defendant demanded the Defendant’s house located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul building 203 to demand KRW 10,000 to the Defendant’s father D (the age of 66) to change the victim’s father, but the victim failed to comply with this demand, the Defendant saw the victim’s her finger, her hand, with the kitchen gate, which is a dangerous thing in the kitchen, and threatened the victim with a dangerous thing by carrying the head.
