1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for KRW 299,260,041 and KRW 298,437,00 among them, from April 11, 2015 to May 1, 2015.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. Defendant B (hereinafter “Defendant”) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant”) in 2013

Defendant A, the representative director of the Federation, is the representative of the D Federation (hereinafter “Federation”) organized by more than 20 manufacturers, and the Plaintiff’s Intervenor (hereinafter “ Intervenor”) entered into an agreement with the Federation on May 2013, 201 to provide the Federation with KRW 300,000,000,000 out of the total project cost of KRW 60,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,00,000,00

hereinafter referred to as the "instant agreement"

3) The main contents of the instant agreement are as follows.

(1) With respect to the subsidization of project costs, the intervenor shall, if the Federation files an application for subsidization with project costs with evidence 50% of the self-paid charges, provide 50% of the government subsidies after verifying the fact, and if the Federation has achieved the objectives for the project tasks, has reported the final outcome, has executed the project costs, and has filed an application for subsidization of project costs within the deadline for submission, 50% of

(2) The Federation shall set up a separate account to manage its own revenue and expenditure, and shall also return the subsidy and interest if it is returned due to the cancellation of the project, etc.

(3) In the event that the business plan or documents submitted by the Federation are falsely confirmed, the intervenor shall cancel the contract, and when the contract is terminated, the federation shall return the full amount of the subsidy to the intervenors.

(Article 13). 4 The Association shall, in preparation for the faithful performance of the contract and the recovery of the subsidy, make an intervenor a performance guarantee insurance policy for the full amount of the government subsidy at the time of concluding the contract.
