The defendant's each crime listed in [Attachment 1] to 4 of [Attachment 1] No. 1 of the judgment of the court (2019's order5130] is committed.

Punishment of the crime

[2019 Highest 5130] On September 18, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) in the Daegu District Court’s Ansan Branch on September 18, 2015, and was sentenced to three months of imprisonment with prison labor at the Daejeon District Court on April 15, 2016, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on October 6, 2016, and the sentence of the said suspension was terminated on June 27, 2017.

No person shall issue or be issued a tax invoice without supplying or being supplied with goods or services.

On April 30, 2016, the Defendant issued a tax invoice of KRW 29,500,000, in total, without supplying goods or services, at the C office located in the Chungcheongbuk-do, in addition to issuing a tax invoice of KRW 21,00,000, which entered as if he/she supplied goods equivalent to the supply price of KRW 21,00,000, at the request of E, an operator of the Dispute Settlement Bank D, even though he/she did not supply goods or services. From that time, the Defendant issued a tax invoice of KRW 29,50,00,000, without supplying goods or services to the seven companies, as shown in

On June 30, 2016, the Defendant received false tax invoices: (a) around 30, 2016, the Defendant was issued, through F, a tax invoice of KRW 41,200,000 as if he had been supplied goods or services equivalent to KRW 41,20,000 from (i)G via F, although he had not received goods or services; and (b) around that time, from December 29, 2017, without being supplied goods or services from (i)G and two companies other than G, as shown in attached Table 2, the Defendant was issued a tax invoice of KRW 17,201,00 in total.

[20 Highest 3211] The Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for six months with prison labor for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) in the Daegu District Court's Ansan Branch on September 18, 2015, and was sentenced to three months of imprisonment with prison labor for the same crime at the Daejeon District Court on April 15, 2016 and sentenced to three months of suspension of execution on October 6, 2016.
