Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 17, 2013, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (C) at around 04:06, the Defendant was driving a motor vehicle from CJE and driving the motor vehicle from the front right side and back part of CJE with the end of 151-2, the front side of CJE 151-2, the 451-2, the front side of CJE 1, the speed from the northwest-gu, Seoul to the upper right side of CJE 1, the Defendant did not avoid the fact that the EPE motor vehicle driven by D in accordance with the two-lane in the same direction and did not take any necessary measures when the traffic accident occurred.

2. On August 17, 2013, at the place indicated in paragraph (1) around 04:30 on August 17, 2013, the Defendant: (a) stated that the Defendant was driving a drunk to conceal the occurrence of a traffic accident; and (b) stated that the Defendant was driving the friendly F who was willing to conceal the occurrence of the traffic accident; and (c) led F to the Defendant

Therefore, the Defendant made a false statement to F that F was driven by F to the police officer assigned to the Seoul Southern Police Station G police box, in receipt of a traffic accident report at the above time and place. On the same day, at around 05:33 of the same day, the Defendant instigated F to allow F to escape a person who committed a crime corresponding to a fine or heavier punishment by making a false statement to F to the assistant officer assigned to the Seoul Southern Police Station Traffic Investigation Board to the effect that F was driven.
