Punishment of the crime
Defendant
A and Defendant B are friendships from elementary school to elementary school, and C are friendly between two years prior to elementary school and Defendant B.
Defendant
A, at around 01:30 on April 30, 2016, Defendant B was exposed to the police as “operation without mandatory insurance” due to Defendant B’s operation of the said vehicle, and it was discovered that Defendant A’s identity was stolen due to the fact that it was discovered that Defendant A had been driving without a license to the police.
1. Defendant A
(a) Any person who violates the Automobile Management Act shall apply for the registration of transfer of ownership of a motor vehicle to the Mayor/Do Governor as prescribed by Presidential Decree;
On April 1, 2016, around 15:00, the Defendant: (a) purchased the said vehicle from the male in the second half of the 20th century, which was known in the “F” site of the Internet, and operated the said vehicle without filing for ownership transfer registration.
B. On April 30, 2016, the Defendant violated the Guarantee of Automobile Compensation Act: (a) lent the said vehicle without mandatory insurance to Defendant B, who had a pro-friendly job, to operate a approximately 20 km section from the street in front of the G G G in Ansan-si to the front of the Suwon-si H in Suwon-si.
2. Defendant B violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) on April 30, 2016, Defendant B operated the said vehicle without a driver’s license at approximately 20 km section from the front of the Gam to the front of the Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si.
