1. The Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff) paid KRW 1,562,742 to the Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant) and the Plaintiff’s objection thereto from October 29, 2010 to July 10, 2013.

1. Basic facts

A. On February 16, 2004, F (the husband of the Plaintiff A) representing Plaintiff A, B, and E shall be paid the purchase price of KRW 3,553 square meters (road site site 3,356 square meters) out of KRW 29,752 square meters in G forest land in Gwangju-si and Gwangju-si, and KRW 490 million out of KRW 426 square meters prior to H, and KRW 426,00,000; KRW 70,000 on the date of the contract; KRW 220,000,000 on March 2, 2004; and KRW 22,200,000,000 on March 15, 2004; and a sales contract shall be registered as a co-ownership share of KRW 75,50,000 (hereinafter “the co-ownership share of the above road site”).

In addition, the F and the Defendant concluded a contract. At that time, the said F and the Defendant concluded that the transfer of the ownership of the road shares is after the completion of the construction of the pre-existing site, and ② there may be a little error in the area or boundary between the contract and the contract. The error area is to be settled between the parties after the division (4.50,000 won per square).

(2) On February 16, 2004, the Plaintiff A, B, and E respectively paid KRW 420 million to the Defendant as the intermediate payment and the remainder on February 18, 2004, respectively.

3) On May 7, 2004, with respect to 1,19/29,752 shares in G forest G 29,752 square meters in Gwangju City, each ownership transfer was filed in the name of the Plaintiff A, B, and E on May 7, 2004. (4) On May 17, 2004, G forest 29,752 square meters in G forest in Gwangju City was divided into 25,610 square meters in G forest, 3,356 square meters in I forest 3,356 square meters (factory site part among the objects under a sales contract 1), J forest 786 square meters in J forest (including part of road site part among the objects under a sales contract 1), and on June 21, 2004, K changed its name into the administrative district L.

On January 8, 2007, M forest land is subject to registration conversion of 3,251 square meters on January 8, 2007, M forest land is subject to 2,781 square meters and N forest land.
