Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and four months.
Reasons
. The enforcement has been completed;
1. Larceny;
A. From August 28, 2017 to 13:00 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) opened a knife of a vehicle owned by the victim D owned by the victim, which is parked in the studio Cudio parking lot in Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, and stolen the 60,000 won in cash owned by the victim and the market price of the 60,000 knife knife knife knife.
B. On September 13, 2017, around 13:14, 2017, the Defendant: (a) opened a knife of a victim G-owned vehicle located at the parking lot for the Ulsan building F; (b) and (c) stolen the Plaintiff’s cash of KRW 150,000, and the horses of KRW 5,000, and KRW 15,000 in the market price.

On September 19, 2017, the Defendant opened a knife of the victim J-owned vehicle that was parked on the road in front of Ulsan-gun I in Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, and stolen the vehicle by putting one of the victim’s market prices at KRW 100,000.

The Defendant, on September 23, 2017, opened a knife on the part of the victim M, parked in the “** church” parking lot located in Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-do, on September 23, 2017, and takes up KRW 3,280,000 in total, including 2 copies of the daily check, 25 knife, 25 knife, and 3 knife knife at the victim’s wall located in that parking lot.
In other words, they stolen them.
2.
