A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Injury;

A. On March 17, 2016, around 16:00, the first criminal defendant thought that he/she was hiding the drugs he/she administered to the victim G (M, 35 years old) who is the Defendant’s wife, and that he/she was hiding the said drugs. The victim “I am gling all of this Chewing years, and show the death of people.”

B. Having taken a bath as soon as possible, "the victim's face, face, etc. of the victim, leg part, etc. are several times, and the victim was tightly damaged by the victim, resulting in the victim's injury, such as the upper half of the upper half of the upper half of the right, and the fluoral salt, etc. in need of treatment for about two weeks.

Then, at around 00:15 on March 29, 2016, the Defendant: (a) received a report from the victim on F apartment house 104 1703, 1703; and (b) prevented the police officer from entering the police station to listen to the victim’s statement about the circumstances of the instant case; (c) prevented the victim from entering the police station; and (d) took the victim’s head debt by hand with the defect that the victim, who was frighted by the aforementioned assault, intends to leave the house by wrapping the victim’s body.

As a result, the Defendant inflicted an injury on the victim, such as the inner left part and the light salt in need of approximately two weeks of treatment.

2. On March 29, 2016, the Defendant, who obstructed the performance of official duties, received a report from G, who was assaulted as set forth in the above F apartment Nos. 104-dong 1703, 1703, and 1-B.
