1. All of the plaintiff's claims are dismissed.

Reasons
Basic Facts
A. According to the evidence No. 1-2 of each insurance contract as stated in the separate sheet No. 1-2 of March 9, 2009, the Defendant entered into an insurance contract with the Plaintiff as the insured and beneficiary, and as indicated in the separate sheet No. 1-2 of each insurance contract as of January 13, 2016, the term “insurance issue: Alphphus Guarantee Insurance (II) 1616” of the insurance contract indicated in the separate sheet No. 2 of the insurance contract stated in the separate sheet No. 2 of the insurance contract as of January 13, 2016 shall be revised since it is obvious that it is a clerical error in the amount of dividends,
(hereinafter “each of the instant insurance contracts”) was concluded.
B. On May 21, 2010, the Defendant paid the Plaintiff’s insurance proceeds, and the Plaintiff’s insurance proceeds, as indicated in the attached Form 2, was hospitalized from around 16 days to around 19 days from around 21, 2010 to around 4, 2015 in each hospital, as indicated in the attached Form 2, and was hospitalized for 352 days from May 21, 2010 to around 200. The Plaintiff paid insurance proceeds to the Defendant according to each insurance contract of this case, as indicated in the details of payment of insurance proceeds in the attached Form 3.
C. The status of the conclusion of the insurance contract with the defendant as the insured and the content and nature of each of the insurance contracts of this case are similar to those of each of the insurance contracts of this case and the content and nature of coverage of each of the insurance contracts of this case are maintained at the time of the conclusion of each of the insurance contracts of this case or concluded after each of the insurance contracts of this case. Under each of the above insurance contracts, the defendant is a contractor for monthly payment of insurance premium for the name of the insurance company 1996-04-157,700 7,860,500 860,500 199-4-204-204, 100 30, 923, 297 C/ defendant 297 / defendant 2006 / 30,000-4,0000 / 199-430,000 / 309-40,005 / 309.
