Punishment of the crime

At around 01:50 on August 18, 2013, the Defendant and E have been working in the front of the "Dju" store in Jeonju City, and the victim F (ma, 37 years of age) reported that they drive under their drinking.

Accordingly, the Defendant assaulted the victim by hand, such as making the victim F's face fall off the floor in consideration of the victim F's face twice.
