Punishment of the crime

around April 16, 2019, the Defendant: (a) at the victim C’s residence located in Ansan-si, Ansan-si; (b) at the victim’s cell phone (D); (c) at the victim’s residence in Ansan-si; and (d) at the time of so-called “E” (E); (d) contact the victim’s name, date of birth, cell phone number, radio operator, etc., necessary for small-amount settlement; (d) informed the victim of the victim’s name, date of birth, cell phone number, radio operator, etc.; and (e) informed the victim of the victim’s cell phone serial number transmitted to the mobile phone; and (e) had the said employee use the information processing unit to make small-amount settlement of KRW 50,000,000,000 in total on seven occasions, as described in the attached Table 1 List of Offenses; and (e) transferred the account in the name of the Defendant 30,500,000 won, excluding the fee.

Accordingly, the defendant acquired property benefits by inputting information without authority into a computer or any other information processing device.

Around 00:30 on January 21, 2020, the Defendant, “200 Man-Ma466,” as the “J Burial,” operated by the victim I in Ansan-si, Ansan-si, and the fact did not have any money to pay the drinking value at the time or any other effective means of payment. However, the Defendant, even though the victim had been provided with three main owners of the amount equivalent to KRW 24,000 at the market price due to the fact that the victim would pay the normal drinking value, he did not pay the amount and acquired the pecuniary benefits equivalent to the amount by the means of flight, from that time to February 2, 2020, acquired the pecuniary benefits equivalent to the amount of KRW 192,000 in total six times in total, as shown in [Attachment 2] List of Crimes, from February 2, 202.
