Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On February 19, 2018, the Defendant threatened the victim C (n, 67 years of age) in Changwon-si, Changwon-si, Masan-si, with respect to the case of inflicting bodily injury on the previous victim, the Defendant considered that the victim requires a large amount of agreement in relation to the case of causing bodily injury to the previous victim, and that the Defendant threatened the victim by saying, “YY-si, h, h, h, h, h., h., h., h. at night.”
