On May 12, 2009, the above court rendered a payment order with respect to the case of the Promissory Notes Branch of the Suwon District Court 2009j487, which stated that "the defendant would pay to the plaintiff 49,800,000 won to the plaintiff and the plaintiff at the rate of 20% per annum from the day after the original copy of the payment order was served to the date of full payment." The above payment order was finalized on June 4, 2009, and the plaintiff filed the lawsuit of this case for the interruption of extinctive prescription of the claim.
