Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On November 20, 2018, the Defendant and the victim B had expressed a dispute as to who takes part in the nine-day European Europe training, which is sent to the university on November 20, 2018.

The first head of the charge states that the contents of the Defendant’s abusive theory against B are somewhat vague, and the rest of the charge excluding those necessary to explain the motive and background leading to the Defendant to commit the crime as stated in the charge was deleted.

On December 21, 2018, the Defendant filed a complaint against the Defendant on the charge of insult with the Macheon Branch Office of the Gwangju District Public Prosecutor's Office on November 21, 2018, and the facts to respond thereto were to be observed by the Defendant. At the C University driver's office located in Damcheon-si around 09:00 on November 21, 2018, the Defendant only told the Defendant unilaterally expressed his or her desire to commit an assault to the victim, and he or she was willing to file a complaint against the victim under the charge of assault even though the victim did not assault the Defendant. On May 7, 2019, the Defendant submitted a complaint to the public prosecutor's office of the Gwangju Public Prosecutor's office in the Gwangju Public Prosecutor's office located in 19 on May 7, 2019.

Accordingly, the defendant reported false facts to public offices for the purpose of having the victim punished criminal punishment.
