- Permission for solar power generation projects - All authorizations for development activities - All authorizations required for all government offices until the completion of solar power plants - Financial services for project financing (PF) financing services upon completion of authorizations - Application for the selection of a seller of solar power generation supply certificates - Matters concerning civil petitions shall be conducted in consultation, depending on circumstances, - the Corporation shall consider and take into account I preferentially, and construction costs shall be conducted in consultation before the PF.

3. Contract term: April 24, 2013 to March 31, 2014 (which may be adjusted by consultation between A and B);

A. On April 24, 2013, the Plaintiff concluded an entrustment contract (hereinafter “instant entrustment contract”) with a company operating solar power generation business, etc., which includes the following contents (hereinafter “instant entrustment contract”).
