Punishment of the crime

On June 7, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 13:00, at the research institute of the victim J, No. 5 of H University, No. 202, the Defendant opened a corrected entrance with a draber and intruded into the building.

On June 11, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 09:50, the L University M&M building 311 located in K in Bupyeong-si, Seocheon-si, opened a gate that was not corrected in his/her hand and intruded into the building.

E. On June 12, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 12:00, at the P University Q Q Q 118, located in SeoulO, opened a corrected entrance in his/her hand and intruded into the building.

2. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes;

A. At the same time and place as the above-mentioned 1-A, the defendant 1 stolen the victim F card owned by the victim F in the Uwest where it was located, and one wall with which the market price contained in one resident registration certificate is unknown.
