D The Jeju District Court was sentenced to one year and six months of imprisonment for fraud, etc. on September 13, 2012, and the judgment became final and conclusive on September 21, 2012, and is under the period of repeated crime as of December 10, 2013, when the parole period was terminated on August 14, 2013 in the Jeju Correctional Institution.
Farmland shall not be owned by any person other than those who use or use farmland for his/her own agricultural management, and shall not be issued with a certificate of qualification for acquisition of farmland by fraud or other improper means.
1. Defendant A, B, and D acquired farmland, even if they did not intend to use or use the farmland for their own agricultural management, the Defendants drafted and submitted an application for certification of eligibility to acquire farmland in the name of Defendant A, B, and conspired to construct, sell, and distribute profits by acquiring farmland under the name of Defendant A, B, and with permission for diversion of farmland.
On February 3, 2014, at the Jeju Viewing Office located in Jeju, the Defendants conspired as above, and filed an application for certification of farmland acquisition in order to acquire farmland through the joint ownership of Defendant A and B, and filed a false application for certification of farmland acquisition qualification with the public official in charge of the said application, and submitted the said application to obtain certification of farmland acquisition qualification from the Jeju City on the same day.
2. Even if Defendant A and D acquired farmland, the Defendants, despite having no intention to use or utilize the farmland for their own agricultural management, shall prepare and submit a false written application for certification of eligibility for acquisition of farmland in the name of Defendant A, and build the housing led by Defendant D with permission for diversion of farmland after acquiring each farmland under the name of Defendant A by improper means.
