1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 120,00,000 as well as 20% per annum from December 4, 2015 to the date of full payment.

According to Gap evidence No. 1, the plaintiff lent KRW 150,00,000 to the defendant on February 19, 2014 as 20% per annum and as of March 31, 2014, respectively. The plaintiff is a person who received reimbursement of KRW 30,000,000 from the above loans on or before March 10, 2014.

Therefore, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff the remainder of 120,000,000 won (=150,000,000-30,000) out of the loan and damages for delay at the rate of 20% per annum, which is the agreed interest rate from December 4, 2015 to the date of full payment, as claimed by the plaintiff, on the record, as it is obvious after the due date for payment of the copy of the complaint of this case. Thus, the plaintiff's claim of this case seeking this payment is justified, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
