Punishment of the crime

On October 201, the Defendant was a person who served as executive director of C. The Defendant made a false statement to E, the representative director of D, a corporation, that “If there is any person to purchase the F bus which is located in the future C, he/she may buy and sell it, and operate it by entering it in the manner of transfer registration in D.” The Defendant made E make a proposal for the same contents to the victim G, the land owner.

However, in order to cancel the seizure of the bus or to use it for personal purposes, the Defendant was thought to receive a loan as a security. In fact, on October 201, 201, the Defendant applied for a loan of KRW 32.5 million from the Gagn Capital Co., Ltd. on or around October 25, 201, and on October 25, 201, the Defendant agreed to receive the loan and provide related documents to the said vehicle at the intervals of establishing a senior collateral security right in the future of the said vehicle, and did not notify the said bus of the establishment of collateral security right.

On October 28, 2011, the Defendant received the Defendant’s personal account and acquired the money of KRW 29 million (However, KRW 3700,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000) from the Victim G, which had been transferred to E, from the Defendant’s personal account.
