A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

On August 17, 2006, the Defendant was sentenced to a summary order of KRW 1.5 million for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act in the Busan District Court's Dong branch branch, and on May 21, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for the same crime at the Busan District Court's Busan District Court for six months and two years of suspended execution.
