1. Violation of the Electronic Financial Transactions Act;

A. Accordingly, the defendant transferred an electronic form card used to make a transaction request in electronic financial transactions or to secure the authenticity and accuracy of users and transaction details, and a password necessary to use it.

C. On September 2014, the Defendant: (a) transferred the physical card connected to the Defendant’s name account (F) in front of the Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si, Seoul; (b) transferred Kwiksetline’s personal account and the personal identification number to Kwikset on the same day; and (c) notified the Defendant of the account number and the personal identification number via mobile phone on the same day.

Accordingly, the defendant transferred an electronic form card used to make a transaction request in electronic financial transactions or to secure the authenticity and accuracy of users and transaction details, and a password necessary to use it.

On January 2015, the Defendant committed a crime with the first police officer on January 2015, is in the fluence of the Hacheon-si, Seocheon-si.
