A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

D is a person operating F in the Gyeongbuk-si, Gyeongbuk-si, and G is a person operating H in the E, and the defendant is an employee of the above F, and the defendant registered the business of F office located in the Gyeong-si, Gyeong-si, Gyeong-si, Gyeong-si, Gyeong-si, and registered the business of H and F in the name of the defendant at the F office located in the Gyeong-si, Gyeong-si, Gyeong-si, Gyeong-si, around April 17, 2012, and tried to acquire loans from the lending company in the manner of most transferring the machinery owned by the above H to the defendant, and registered the business of I in the name of the above A.

However, the fact was that the machinery owned by the above H is the most transferred to the above I, and it was intended to obtain a loan of operating funds of the above H and F.

In the end, the defendant, G, and D had the victim's Korean Capital Capital Co., Ltd. accused, G, and received KRW 123.5 million from the above victim company on the same day.

Accordingly, the defendant, G, and D acquired the victim's property in collusion.
