Punishment of the crime

On October 27, 2013, at around 01:40, the Defendant driven a B-learning car under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.139% from the 6km section, which is located in the creative principle of Changwons, in the Yannuri-gu, Gangwon-gu, Gangwon-do, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, to the roads in front of Changwons, which are located in the creative principle of the same side of the Yan-gu.
