1. The Plaintiff:
A. As to KRW 246,553,343 and KRW 100,00,00 among them, Defendant A Co., Ltd.:
B. Defendant C and D are the same.
Reasons
1. The facts subsequent to the facts of recognition are either in dispute between the parties or in the entries in Gap evidence 1, 2, 3, Eul evidence 1, and the whole purport of the pleadings.
Defendant A Co., Ltd. (hereinafter the Defendant Co., Ltd) borrowed KRW 100 million from the National Bank of Korea (hereinafter the Nonparty Co., Ltd.) on October 19, 195 as the due date set on October 19, 196 (No. 1) and borrowed KRW 184 million from the due date set on November 13, 1997 (hereinafter the Defendant Co., Ltd.) as the due date set on November 12, 1998.

Nonparty H (Death of March 10, 1998), and I (Death of June 25, 1998), at the time of the first loan, jointly and severally guaranteed the first loan obligation to the non-party bank to the non-party bank of the defendant company against the non-party bank, and H, I, and G jointly and severally guaranteed the second loan obligation to the non-party bank of the defendant company against the non-party bank at the time of the second loan.
C. On September 30, 1998, the non-party bank transferred each of the above loans to the Korea Asset Management Corporation. The Korea Asset Management Corporation filed a lawsuit against the defendant company, G and H, and I's heir in Seoul Central District Court 2003Gahap6285, and filed the lawsuit against the above court to "274,748,431 won and 111,435,695 won among them" with the above court. The defendant J and K received 91,582,786 won among the above 274,748,431 won and 37,145,231 won among them, and the defendant G received 274,748,431 won and 186,396,756 won from the date of the above judgment to the date of 204.35% of the annual payment from the date of 200 to the date of 204.45% of the above annual payment from the date of 2005.30.4% of the above.
On August 28, 2012, the Korea Asset Management Corporation transferred the credit that it acquired from a non-party bank to the Plaintiff, and the above transfer reached the Defendant Company around September 28, 2012.
E. G: (a) died on April 8, 2014 and his heir, Defendant E and F.
