To order the defendant to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Kameras and photographing);

A. At around 05:02 on February 1, 2013, the Defendant, using a camping 104 installed in a computer monitor from Gwanak-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, the Defendant, the Defendant’s residence, taken the sexual intercourses with the victim D (the age of 27 at that time) using a camping gate installed in a computer monitor, and taken the sexual intercourses with the victim during 69 times from around that time to May 23:18, 2014, as shown in attached Table 1.

Accordingly, the defendant taken the body of the victim who could cause sexual humiliation or shame by using a camera, against his will.

나. 피해자 성명불상자에 대한 범행 피고인은 2013. 12. 29. 02:34경 및 2014. 4. 6. 23:55경 제1의 가항 기재 장소에서 제1의 가항 기재와 같은 방법으로 피해자 성명불상자(속칭 앤샤, 여, 연령불상)와의 성관계 장면을 몰래 촬영하였다.

2. On May 7, 2014, the Defendant sent a Kakao Kao Stockholm message to the victim who was in an internal relationship at an insular location at around 22:00 on May 7, 2014, stating that “The Defendant, at around 28 years of age, will not have a relationship with his husband, if known, she will not have a relationship with his husband.” On May 9, 2014, the Defendant received five million won from the Defendant’s agricultural bank account (numberF) around 13:18, 2014, from around that time to October 23:02, 2014, the Defendant received property transferred to the victim by transfer from the Defendant’s agricultural bank (number:F) over 11 times, as indicated in the attached list 2 of the crimes committed in the attached Table 2, and from the victim who was flue, 140,640,000 won from the said bank account.

3. The criminal defendant committed fraud to the above victim D at a non-permanent place around July 20, 2014.
