Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On November 2012, the Defendant, at around 2012, laid down the area of 2,170 square meters using earth and sand of about 15 tons in Gangnam-gun, which was to build a new house in Gangwon-gun, and used it to make a conversion of mountainous district to KRW 8,314,00 for restoration costs without obtaining permission from the Minister of the Korea Forest Service.
