1. The defendant among the real estate listed in the separate sheet, the shares of 7/28 for plaintiffs A, B, and C, and the shares of 3/28 for plaintiffs D, and 3/28 for plaintiffs E.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The deceased I owned the land of 1,634m2 (hereinafter “instant land”) and the real estate indicated in the attached Table (hereinafter “instant building”) which is a building on the land in Suwon-gu, Suwon-si, Suwon-si and the land for which the building was attached.

B. On October 22, 1992, the Defendant determined that “A (the name of the network I) may install structures, such as a building, by obtaining prior permission on the above land,” as the special terms and conditions, when leasing the instant land from the network I, the Defendant stipulated that “A (the name of the network I) shall be the ownership of the building.”

C. On December 8, 1992, the Defendant refers to “B (the Defendant’s name)” under the condition that “B (the Defendant’s name) bears all expenses, development charges, registration expenses, taxes and public charges, etc.” and “B” under the condition that “B (the Defendant’s name) bears them.

The consent of the use of the building site from "A" to "B" shall be obtained a new building permit under the name of "A" and shall be promised to immediately change the building owner in the name of "A" after the commencement, and in the event of a breach, "A" shall not object to terminate the lease contract on the land for the purpose and immediately remove the new building, and to supplement this, I signed and sealed by "A" to confirm that "A" will belong to the total amount of the deposit paid to "A" without objection to the penalty for breach.

d. On April 13, 1995, the registration of ownership in the name of the Defendant was completed upon the commission of the provisional disposition registration on the instant building on April 13, 1995. E. On behalf of the Defendant, K, the Defendant’s wife, on July 27, 1999, refers to “A owner of the land in accordance with the contract signed on October 22, 1992, the ownership of the facility related to the light aggregate steel-frame structure built on the land J of Kupo-gu, Kupo-gu.”

F. The deceased I died on January 24, 2009, and the deceased I’s property according to the respective inheritance shares as stated in the Disposition No. 1.
