A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a vehicle B K5 in light of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents.

On April 13, 2018, the Defendant driven the said car under the influence of alcohol level of 0.135% among blood transfusion around 01:10, and continued to drive the said car along four-lanes in front of the Samsung Logistics Center located in the 183 Northwest-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Busan.
