A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

From October 24, 2002 to October 2002, the Defendant: “Spanish social of Samsung F&S; “EN” of Samsung F&S on July 7, 2004; “I” of the Han T&S life insurance; “(D) Guarantee Co., Ltd. from July 10, 2006 to 365 days for interesting life; “I medical insurance3” of the AI life insurance from April 30, 207 to August 11, 2008; “AF hospitalization insurance” of the AI non-life insurance; and from May 27, 2009 to “Family Loved Family Co., Ltd., Ltd., Ltd.,”, the Defendant paid KRW 538,881,88,80 each month’s insurance premium.

In the case of chronic diseases, although there is no special method of treatment even after being hospitalized, and it is possible for them to receive the above-mentioned medical treatment, the defendant was hospitalized into a large number of insurance policies, and received insurance money.

From May 16, 2009 to June 9, 2009, the Defendant hospitalized the E hospital located in Kimhae-si D as “other conical signboard disability”.

In fact, the number of medicine per day after hospitalization was administered, and there was no need for hospital treatment, such as the use of oral eggs and physical therapy without any special treatment, and it was possible to sufficiently treat them for outpatient treatment.

Nevertheless, on June 11, 2009, the Defendant filed an application for insurance proceeds by submitting related documents as if he were inevitably hospitalized in the victim AIA life insurance for 25 days, and received delivery of KRW 40,000 from the injured party.

From that time to January 20, 2014, the Defendant obtained a total of KRW 109,940,300,000 as insurance money from the victim insurance companies, by means of the transfer of name to a hospital for a total of 27 days through 476 days and the transfer of name to a hospital for an unnecessary and repeated period of time, as shown in the list of crimes committed in the attached Table.
