Punishment of the crime

1. Around July 23:30, 2014, the Defendant driving a golf car owned by himself/herself in the state of alcohol alcohol concentration of about 0.053% at the 3km section from the road on which it is impossible to find out the Round of the Guro-dong, Gangdong-gu, Seoul to view the Round of Gangdong-gu, Songpa-gu, Seoul to the crosswalk of the 8-lane Manel LL church.
