1. The Plaintiff:
A. As to Defendant C&C Co., Ltd.: KRW 713,191,881 and KRW 101,000,000 among them, Defendant C&C Co., Ltd.
Reasons
Basic Facts
1) The plaintiff is the party to the dispute. The plaintiff is the 5-dong 236 apartment-dong 236 apartment-family 2. The plaintiff is the party to the dispute.
(2) In order to manage the apartment of this case, Defendant C&C Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Co., Ltd”) is a project proprietor who constructed and sold the apartment of this case.
3) The name of the Defendant Housing and Urban Guarantee Corporation (the Korea Housing and Urban Guarantee Corporation pursuant to Article 4 of the Addenda to the Housing and Urban Fund Act was changed from the name to the Housing and Urban Guarantee Corporation
“Defendant Guarantee Corporation” regardless of whether it was before or after the change in name.
(B) The purpose of the construction project is to promote housing welfare and support urban regeneration revitalization, and the obligation to guarantee defects in the apartment of this case was guaranteed as set out in the following sub-paragraph (b). The Defendant Guarantee Co., Ltd. concluded a contract to guarantee defects in the apartment of this case (hereinafter “the instant guarantee contract”) with the primary debtor for the construction of Donam Construction as the primary debtor for the construction of Donam Construction. The Defendant Guarantee Co., Ltd entered into a contract to guarantee defects in the instant apartment of this case (hereinafter “the instant guarantee contract”), and issued each warranty bond
