Punishment of the crime

At around 13:10 on October 29, 2013, the Defendant: (a) committed assault against the victim of the Victim C (the 62 years of age) of the elderly executive auditor at the Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu 2 apartment complex elderly housing complex; (b) at the elderly housing complex, the victim was able to see the victim’s speech while leaving the place of detention; and (c) assaulted the victim by sating the victim’s bat.
