A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On June 18, 2016, around 23:25, the Defendant: (a) committed assault, such as drinking alcohol, drinking alcohol, drinking to customers, drinking home booms, and drinking back to the mother of the victim E (23 3).
