A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four years.

The defendant's information on the defendant shall be disclosed through an information and communications network for a period of five years.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes;

A. On March 18, 2015, around 23:46, the Defendant: (a) discovered the victim on the front side of the instant apartment complex 202, H apartment house located in the Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu (F, 19 years of age); (b) found the victim on the front side of the instant apartment complex and tried to commit an indecent act; (c) entered the said apartment complex into the said 202 building; and (d) prevented the victim waiting for the elevator from suffering the victim on his/her hand, leading to the other hand; and (d) met the victim’s negative part.

B. On April 16, 2015, at around 00:54, the Defendant: (a) discovered the victim from the front side of the apartment complex 203-dong 1, 203, the residence of the victim J (W, 23 years of age) located in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu; (b) went into the front side of the apartment complex 203-dong 1, and followed by his wishes to find the victim and commit an indecent act; and (c) went into the said building; (d) prevented the victim who was waiting for the elevator from suffering the victim’s chest by hand from the back of the elevator; and (e) became the victim’s chest by another hand.

On April 25, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 02:00, at the 108-dong entrance of the victim L(names, 20 years of age) in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, 2015, the Defendant: (b) stated that the victim entering the above 108 apartment complex referred to as “locked .......”; (c) entered the said 108 building with the victim as “locked ........”; (d) intruded the victim into the building with the victim; and (d) obstructed the victim’s chest with another hand; (d) kid the victim’s chest; (e) kid the victim’s chest; (e) kid the victim’s chest going beyond the floor while resisting the resistance; and (e) putting the victim’s fingers her fingers into the part of the victim’s drinking part.

On July 10, 2015, the Defendant: (a) discovered a victim in front of the above apartment complex, on July 10, 2015, around the first floor elevator of 301, P apartment, which is a residence of the victim PO (FO, 20 years of age) located in Daegu-gu N, Seogu, Daegu-gu; (b) followed the Defendant, on the other hand, to find the victim before the apartment complex and to commit an indecent act.
