On February 14, 2019, F was sentenced to two years of suspension of the execution of imprisonment for fraud, etc. in the Busan District Court's Dong Branch, and the judgment became final and conclusive on February 22, 2019.

가. 범죄단체의 개요 일명 ‘G’(조선족)는 2017. 무렵 중국 지린성 옌지시에서 ‘H’(조선족) 등과 보이스피싱 콜센터를 공동으로 운영하다가 2017. 1. 말경 위 콜센터 조직원들이 일부 이탈하는 과정에서 함께 이탈하여 나온 다음 2017. 8.경 무렵 자신이 총책이 되어 ‘I’(조선족), ‘J’(조선족), K을 중간관리자로 영입하고, K을 통해 다른 조직의 콜센터 상담원들을 흡수하거나 새로운 콜센터 조직원들을 모집하여 보이스피싱 범죄단체를 만들어 운영하기로 마음먹었다.

위 G는 2017. 8.경 중국 지린성 옌지시 L대학교 부근에 아파트 2개소를 임차하여 보이스피싱 콜센터 사무실과 숙소를 마련하고 ‘I’, ‘J’, K을 중간관리자로 두고 피고인 A, 피고인 B, 피고인 C를 콜센터 조직원으로 하는 보이스피싱 범죄단체를 결성한 다음, 그 이후 피고인 D, 피고인 E, M, N, 피고인 F 등을 순차적으로 조직원으로 가입시키면서 보이스피싱 범행을 통해 금원을 편취하는 활동을 하게 되었다.

B.
