1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 85,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from January 15, 2016 to the date of complete payment.

Reasons

1. The Plaintiff is obligated to pay to the Defendant the total amount of KRW 85,000,000 as of September 16, 2009; KRW 20,000,000 as of November 22, 2009; and KRW 25,000 as of January 8, 2010; and KRW 10,000 as of March 29, 2010; thus, the Defendant is obligated to pay the Plaintiff damages for delay at a rate of KRW 85,00,000 as prescribed by the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings, etc. from the day following the delivery of a duplicate of the instant complaint to the day of full payment.
