Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, each punishment against the Defendants for one year from the date of the final judgment of this case.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant B: (a) on July 8, 2016, at the street room in front of the cafeteria “E” restaurant located in Daegu Dong-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu; (b) the victim A ( South and 45 years old); and (c) her female friendly Gu.

I think, I saw the tree enormous (1m, 20cm in length, 2.5cm in diameter) which is a dangerous object, and take the victim’s bath as “Fmangh and down”, and threatened the victim as if it would inflict any harm on the victim.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and threatened the victim.

Defendant A assaulted the victim on the date, time, and place described in paragraph (1) at the same time, against the threat of the same victim B (the remaining, 51 years of age) as described in paragraph (1), such as cutting the fright from the victim of the said tree, cutting the victim of the said tree, leaving the victim’s face by hand, standing up the victim’s face with his hand, and destroying the victim with his hand after walking the victim’s bridge at one time.

As a result, the Defendant put the victim into a dog, such as knee mae mae mae mae mae mae mae mae mae mae mae.
