A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

400,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

The amount equivalent to the above additional charges.

Punishment of the crime

On April 6, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. (fence) at the Incheon District Court on April 6, 201, and completed the enforcement of the sentence on May 11, 2018.

Despite the fact that the Defendant is not a person handling narcotics, the Defendant dealt with the psychotropic drugs-related Mesofts (i.e., a single philopon; hereinafter referred to as “philopon”), as follows:

1. On May 18, 2018, the Defendant: (a) put L into two philophones in the Gamburgic care room in the Jamburgic of the former North Korea, and dilutioned L with water; and (b) administered philophones by means of injection into their own arms blood cells.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspired with L to administer philophones.

2. On June 6, 2018, the Defendant administered L and N, together with L and N, in the family room in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspiredd with L/N to administer philophones.

3. On July 1, 2018, the Defendant administered the philophone scopic scopic scopic scopics in the Bupyeong-gu Incheon Bupyeong-gu Opopic scopic scopic scopics.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspired with L to administer philophones.

4. On July 3, 2018, the Defendant administered L and N in the heading room of the Michuhol-gu Incheon Pelon, along with L and N, in the foregoing manner.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspiredd with L/N to administer philophones.
