1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. On August 14, 2001, the Plaintiff entered into the instant insurance contract and entered into the instant insurance contract and entered into the instant insurance contract with the Defendant (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”).
The insurance contract of this case was concluded. The terms and conditions of this case are as follows.
Article 12 (Types and Grounds for Payment of Subsidy Insurance Money) (1) A communications agency shall pay the insurance money agreed upon to the beneficiary when any of the following events occurs to the insured during the insurance period:

2. Payment installment for cancer hospitalization: Where he/she is hospitalized for the purpose of direct treatment of cancer or internal cancer;

A cancer nursing installment: 50,000 won per day exceeding 30 days and 50,000 won per day when he/she is hospitalized for the purpose of directly treating cancer or cancer when he/she continues to be hospitalized for at least 31 days for the purpose of directly treating cancer for the payment of the payment standard table of attached Table 1, when he/she is hospitalized for the purpose of directly treating cancer for the payment of the payment standard table of insurance money in attached Table 1.
나. 피보험자의 입원 1) 피보험자 B은 지속적인 경련 발작, 의식 저하로 분당서울대병원에서 악성 뇌종양(C71.9), 수두증 등의 진단을 받았다. 악성 뇌종양은 이 사건 보험계약상 암으로 분류된다. B은 분당서울대병원에서 2005년 다음과 같이 4차례에 걸쳐 뇌종양 제거 수술 등을 받았다. B은 4차례 수술 후 2005. 7. 21.부터 2005. 9. 7.까지 방사선 치료를 받았다. 차수 일시 수술 내용 1차 수술 2005. 4. 21. 개두술(蓋頭術 및 종양 절제술 2차 수술 2005. 4. 22. 응급 개두술 후 뇌내 혈종 제거술 및...
