Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On August 3, 2017, at around 20:30 on August 20, 2017, the Defendant sent back the back head and face from the victim C to three times with the back head and face from the back of the back of the 315 National Bank Scoo-ro 315 back to the back head and face from the victim C, and sent back the shoulder and face of the victim by hand and hand.
