A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

The execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On May 26, 2018, the Defendant: (a) expressed the victim’s head and body at the home of the Victim C (Fin, 56 years of age) who is the wife located in the Won-si B (Fin, 56 years of age) on May 26, 2018; (b) expressed the victim’s desire to be “year of weather”; (c) taken the head and body in drinking on several occasions; and (d) taken the head and body of the victim several occasions with the dangerous article’s money, the head and body were taken several times; and (e) placed the victim two skins in need of treatment for about three weeks of age.
