A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On April 24, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for fraud at the Seoul Western District Court for ten months, and the judgment became final and conclusive on June 21, 2013.

Criminal facts

On December 17, 2010, the Defendant made a false statement to the effect that “The Defendant would operate a hospital store together with a hospital store” to the victim C at the Dong-dong, Suwon-gu, Suwon-gu, Suwon-si.
