A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On November 16, 2016, the Defendant: (a) reported on November 16, 2016, 201:112 at the Gu-Si Si-si B, Da-si, Da-si, Da-si, Da-si, Da-si, Da-si, and Do-si, Ga-si, Ga-si, Ga-si, Ga-si, Ga-si, Ga-si, Ga-si, Ga-si, Ga-si, Ga-si, Ga-si, Ga-si, Ga-si, Ga-si, Ga-si, Ga-si, Ga-si, Ga-si, Ga-si, Ga-si, Ga-si, Ga-si, Ga-si, Ga-si, Ga-si, Ga-si, Ga-si, Ga-si, Ga-si, Ga-si, Ga-si, and Ga-do.

As a result, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officials concerning the handling of reported cases and the crackdown on drinking driving.

On November 16, 2016, the Defendant: (a) driven a D-p motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol at C at a three-way distance in the Gu-U.S. Si-U.S. on November 16, 2016; (b) was under the influence of alcohol by the President of the Gu-U.S. Police Station E District, who was called by the Defendant upon receiving a report on the driving of alcohol; (c) thereafter, the Defendant was arrested as a flagrant offender to interfere with the execution of official duties by assaulting F when the Defendant was demanded to drive the vehicle to measure alcohol.

The Defendant was in custody of the Gu and American police station E zone in Gu and American City, and the Defendant requested the E zone from 21:30 of the same day to 22:17 of the same day to comply with the alcohol alcohol measurement by inserting four times in the manner of putting the breathm from E zone H belonging to E zone, but failed to comply with the alcohol alcohol measurement by a police officer without justifiable grounds.
