Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On January 19, 2007, the Defendant issued, at the Busan District Court, a summary order of one million won or more for the crime of violating the Road Traffic Act, and on August 3, 201, a summary order of one million won or more for the same crime at the same court.

At around 06:10 on August 15, 2016, the Defendant, who violated the prohibition of driving under the influence of alcohol two or more times, driven a bwing truck with a blood alcohol content of about 0.078% at the 3km section from the Do near Busan Seo-gu, Busan, to the roads in front of the Do Do Do Do Do at the bottom of the same Gu.
