A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is working as the president of the Korea D (hereinafter referred to as “D”) G, and was in general in charge of D’s property management.

Accordingly, the E office will return the construction design cost of KRW 67 million already paid by D.

On October 23, 2008, the defendant requested F to transfer the construction design cost of KRW 67 million to the representative director of E office, and embezzled using the construction design cost of KRW 67 million to the new bank account (Account Number: G) in the name of the defendant on October 23, 2008 by receiving return of KRW 67 million in the construction design cost from the defendant's new bank account (Account Number) and used it as the defendant's living cost, credit card payment, loan repayment, etc.
