Criminal facts

On January 24, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for the purpose of obstruction of performance of official duties at the Daejeon District Court on August 24, 2018

2.1. The ruling becomes final and conclusive and is currently during the suspension of execution.

The Defendant was subject to a disposition of suspending prosecution on July 29, 2019, respectively, which was known to the Defendant while collecting historical materials.

Since there are many valuables in the reconstruction area in Seo-gu Daejeon D, it was proposed to steals it, and B and C accepted it.

1.
