Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 01:30 on September 6, 2015, the Defendant driven the BM5 car volume from approximately 1km to the GM5 vehicle in the BM5 lane located in the same Gu and located in the same Gu as the U.S. road in the BY-dong, Suwon-gu, Busan, under the influence of alcohol content of 0.109%.
