1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 43 million and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from March 15, 2016 to the date of complete payment.

1. The Plaintiff supplied the Defendant with stone materials from April 2015 to September 2015.

In December 30, 2015, the Defendant: (a) drafted and delivered to the Plaintiff a written statement of payment of outstanding amount to pay KRW 43 million for unpaid goods until December 30, 2015; (b) however, the Defendant did not pay the said amount until now.

2. According to the above facts of determination, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 43 million payable to the Plaintiff as well as damages for delay calculated by the ratio of 15% per annum from March 15, 2016 (the day following the delivery day of the original copy of the instant payment order sought by the Plaintiff) to the day of full payment (the day of delivery of the original copy of the instant payment order).

3. The plaintiff's claim for conclusion is justified and acceptable.
